Booking Cancellation Policies

If the tourist cancels the tour, the following policy will be applied to the cancellation of the tour booking. Sylhet Tourist Guide will refund the amount within 10 days from the date of the cancellation, after deducting the appropriate charges. It will take a few days for the bank or other payment method company to process the refund and post it on the statement.

Terms of Service (Applicable for all services)

If the tourist cancels in the last 2 days before the tour starts, he/she will be charged 50%.

If the tourists cancel within 24 hours before the tour starts, they will be charged 100%.

Changes made less than 24 hours before the tour starting date will not be accepted.

If any unforeseen event or natural disaster interrupts the tour, the Sylhet Tourist Guide authority may offer an alternate date.

Free Cancellation

If the touris cancel in the last 3 days before the tour starts, they will be refunded 100%.

Hotel Booking Cancellation Policy

We are collaborating with several hotels in Sylhet City and outside Sylhet City. Hotel chains have their own set of rules for making reservations. Cancellation policies can differ among hotels. We always try to offer our guests the best service possible and address their concerns diligently. We are happy to offer a full refund to our guests who need to cancel their reservation. It depends on the date and how many rooms are left in the hotels.

Transport Booking Cancellation Policy

Sylhet is becoming one of the most popular tourist destinations because of its many attractions. so, most of the high-end transports are booked before 10-15 days. If you cancel the tour in less than 3 days, We have to pay them the cancellation fee according to our legal agreement. We are happy to offer a full refund to our guests who need to cancel their reservation. It depends on the date and availability of transports in Sylhet.

Boat Booking Cancellation Policy

Almost all the tourist spots are accessible by boat. If you don't take a boat, you won't be able to see everything. In order to avoid the crowded situation, we made the booking as early as possible. If you cancel before 1 day of your tour, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. We are happy to offer a full refund to our guests who need to cancel their reservation. It depends on the date and availability of transports in Sylhet.
