    Q: Do you have any package tours to visit Sylhet?

    Yes. We have a variety of different packages for couples, twins, triplets, families, and groups. Our package tours are perfect for travellers who want to see as much as possible without having to worry about anything. Please take a look the Packages

    Q: Is it okay if someone joins my tour?

    Ans: Unfortunately not. We provide private tour packages. If you are not a registered tourist, we will not be able to arrange the tour for you. We are not able to make any exceptions and add an extra person to join in any package. It would be greatly appreciated if you would take a look at the Rules page.

    Q: How can I schedule a tour?

    Ans: You can book any package or your customized package at any time, but please schedule the tour at least 7 days before your arrival, as we need a few days to check the availability of transport and hotel and make your tour arrangements. If you want to cancel your booking, please read the Booking Cancellation Policy.

    Q: What languages do you offer tours in?

    Ans: Offering high-quality tours in English is one of our main priorities as we welcome international tourists. However, all of our guidemen can speak English and Bangla fluently. If you need a guide who can speak a different language, please let us know by clicking here .

    Q: Can I make changes to the hotel or transportation after booking?

    Ans: No. Please be very careful when selecting your hotel and transport, as you cannot change them once the tour begins. We always strive to give our guests the best experience possible. It is not guaranteed that we will be able to help you, but we can try to understand your problem.

    Q: When is the best time to go on a tour in Sylhet?

    Ans: It is difficult to decide on the best month because of the varying weather and seasons. Sylhet is a place where you can find many attractions. It is preferable to visit every month, but the ideal time is the rainy season. The middle of the monsoon and the end of the monsoon is when the weather is most favorable.

    Q: The packages aren't going to work for me. Can I create a new package?

    Ans: You can find the top right blinking menu "Book Now" at the corner of the page. Select the hotel and room category of your choice, and you will see the price for each category. To submit the form, please enter your personal information in the fields provided. Thank you!

    Q: Can I reserve a hotel or transport without booking a package?

    Ans: Yes! You can choose any of our services and make a reservation. We accept bookings for one or more services, such as Hotel Booking, Transport Booking, Boat Booking, Guideman and Photographer Hiring. Thank you!

    Q: Can I cancel my booking at any time?

    Ans: If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know at least 72 hours before your arrival. We will be happy to refund your money. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival, you will be charged 50%. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 100%. This policy will be in effect for any package and one or more bookings.. Please read details in our Booking Cancellation Policy Page

    Q: How much do I need to pay to confirm the booking?

    Ans: You have to pay 50% of the total amount to confirm your booking, and the rest must be paid in cash or by other payment method when you arrive. If you do not pay 50% at least 5 days before your arrival, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

    Q: Are there any additional charges after booking?

    Ans: No. There are no additional charges. We are transparent about the pricing. As a result, we have published the price of every hotel room, vehicle, boat, guide, and photographer on our website. However, if you want to extend the duration of the tour or change anything, it might charge more or less. Please read Rules to know more about rules & regulations.

    Q: How can I be sure that my booking is confirmed?

    Ans: Your payment will be verified within 24 hours. If your payment is processed successfully, we will notify you by email or phone call. You will be able to see the payment status on the website by logging in with your mobile number and password.     Q: Can I book by contacting either by phone or through email?

    Ans: Yes, It is allowed to, but we would appreciate it if our guests filled out the booking form. However, If you do not pay at least 5 days before your arrival, your reservation will be automatically canceled. The terms and conditions will always be the same under any circumstance.

    Q: I made a booking but I have not received any confirmation message. What should I do?

    Ans: We usually contact our guests by ☎ (telephone) or email as soon as we receive payment. If you do not receive any confirmation message or email from us within 24 hours, please feel free to contact us.     Ans: We are not responsible for any product or valuable thing that you lost or got damaged. You should contact the service provider authority about where you missed the product or got the damage.     Q: What type of identification do I need to clear security screening?

    Ans: If the tourists are from any district of Bangladesh and are over 18 years old, they will be required to show a national identification card (NID) when our service providers want to. In order to make a reservation for a hotel, you will need to present your national ID card for verification purposes. The international tourist will need to show any document that identifies his/her full identity.

    Q: Is it legal for me to carry a weapon for security purposes?

    Ans: You are allowed to carry any legal weapon as long as it is licensed by the government of Bangladesh. However, we do not tolerate any illegal materials carried in your bag. It is permissible for tourists to carry a quart-sized bag of liquids, gels, creams, pastes and essential materials in their carry-on bags during the tour. These are limited to tour-sized containers that are 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) or less per item – including medical drugs, inhalers, etc.

    Ans: A double room has one double bed. A twin room has two single beds.

    Q: Can the hotel management charge me more?

    Ans: No. After you book and pay us for a hotel reservation, The hotel management will not charge you any additional fees.If you order or purchase something which is not included in your package, You will have to pay for it.

    Q: How many rooms can I book at the same time?

    Ans: You can choose any one room from the list. It can be a Single Deluxe, a Couple Deluxe, etc. You will need to log out of your current session on the website in order to make another reservation. Click on the "Book Now" button once again.     Q: Are the car drivers experienced and licensed?

    Ans: Every driver has at least five years of driving experience and a valid driving license. They are all certified and trained by The Bangladesh Road Transport Authority(BRTA).

    Q: How many hours will the rental car be available to use?

    Ans: If you rent a car for a day. It means the booked car will be at your service for 8 (eight) hours starting from the time you pick it up. If you want to prolong your stay, you must pay this reasonable extra amount for it as prescribed by Sylhet Tourist Guide authority.

    Q: Why should I rent a boat?

    Ans: It is not advisable for tourists to jump into the river, as some places can be dangerous. If you are very excited to jump into the river, Please ask our guide or boatman about the existence of quicksand.
